Small Charity Week 11th -15th June – The Communities team will be taking part by holding live chats on Facebook and Twitter on Wednesday 13th June and will welcome questions or comments on community and voluntary group policies, all the why’s and how’s and when’s.
We will have two sessions, one in the morning, 11.30-12.30 and one in the afternoon 1.30-2.30pm, the first session will be answering general questions about why your community group need policies, what policies you should have in place and how you can adapt them to make them relevant to your group. The second session will focus more on community grants; why do grant applications often need to be submitted with the group’s policies and about the grant giving policy itself, why it is as it is.
